Following the completion of the site assessment, the project advances to the Engineering Design Phase, where technical requirements are transformed into precise and fully coordinated engineering systems.

Our design process begins with the development of conceptual system layouts that align with the architectural design and structural constraints of the project. At this stage, our engineers collaborate closely with project consultants, architects, and construction teams to ensure that all building services are integrated seamlessly within the overall design.

For Firefighting Systems, our engineers design comprehensive fire protection solutions that include fire pump systems, sprinkler networks, fire hydrants, fire hose reels, and fire alarm systems. These systems are carefully engineered to provide complete coverage and rapid response in emergency situations, while complying with internationally recognized safety codes such as NFPA.

In the area of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), our engineers perform detailed cooling and ventilation load calculations to determine the optimal system configuration. This process includes designing duct layouts, selecting appropriate mechanical equipment, and planning air distribution strategies that ensure consistent indoor air quality and thermal comfort throughout the facility.

Our Plumbing and Drainage System Designs focus on efficient water distribution and wastewater management. All engineering designs are documented through detailed Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings, providing clear technical guidance for contractors and installation teams. Every drawing produced by BARRIER 21 follows strict quality standards and is prepared in accordance with applicable international engineering codes and project specifications.
